We plan to measure everything. Because impact without evidence is just intention — and these children deserve more than good intentions.
Program Metrics
Western Cape pilot program.
Children reached through active programs
ECD centres and schools participating
Average improvement in school readiness scores vs. control group
Educator satisfaction rating for material quality and usability
Improvement in literacy readiness assessments (ages 4–6 cohort)
Improvement in cognitive development metrics (attention, sequencing)
Higher vocabulary acquisition rate in program children vs. peers
Countries with planned programs (SA, Kenya, Nigeria)
Case Study
Langa ECD Center in Khayelitsha serves 68 children aged 2–6. The center has no structured learning materials — children spent most of the day in unguided play due to resource constraints and minimal educator training.
We plan to deploy our full age-graded material set and run a one-day educator workshop. We will return at 3, 6, and 12 months to assess outcomes. Below benchmarks is what we will deem a successful rollout:
School readiness score improvement (ages 4–6)
of Grade R children enrolled in primary school on time
Educator satisfaction rating with the program
"The material can change what happens in this classroom every day. These children can be engaged, progressing, and excited to learn.
