Planned Impact

Every number is a child whose future looks different today

We plan to measure everything. Because impact without evidence is just intention — and these children deserve more than good intentions.

Case Study

Khayelitsha, Western Cape

Children at Khayelitsha ECD centre

No structured learning and no school readiness

Langa ECD Center in Khayelitsha serves 68 children aged 2–6. The center has no structured learning materials — children spent most of the day in unguided play due to resource constraints and minimal educator training.

We plan to deploy our full age-graded material set and run a one-day educator workshop. We will return at 3, 6, and 12 months to assess outcomes. Below benchmarks is what we will deem a successful rollout:

"The material can change what happens in this classroom every day. These children can be engaged, progressing, and excited to learn.
